U.S. M747 heavy duty semi-trailer ARTR
A superlative, large semi-trailer set up almost ready for use. The assembly is limited to a few add-on parts, the drawbar and the ramps. The data: Huge, heavy, fully electric ramps, lighting and a payload of up to 40kg are possible. These are just a few of the features of this fantastic semi-trailer. It is perfect for e.g. tank models like the M1 Abrams tank of the U.S. Army, the MRAP 6 from the AMEWI product range or for construction site vehicles such as excavators and wheel loaders. Of course, other models are also suitable as a "load" for this trailer. The ramps are controlled by the portable remote control (included in delivery) and can be moved up and down like the original. In addition, the trailer is equipped with a lighting system, which underlines the scale factor again. The trailer is designed in such a way that it "continues" the frame of the tractor so as not to interrupt the lines of the entire train. The center of gravity is deliberately chosen to be low and the entire structure is largely made of metal (frame, etc.). The attachments are made of high quality and painted plastic. The rims and tires offer extremely good lateral support even when fully loaded and in conjunction with the intended tractor unit, this results in a train with an impressive total length of over 1800mm. The trailer has a weight of around 10.5kg and a length of 1038mm (with folded down ramp 1172mm). Thanks to the manually extendable front supports, the trailer can also be loaded without the tractor unit being coupled.
